    A valid, government issued photo ID is required to tour.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Holding Deposit (to be applied to 1st month’s rent): $250.00 Security Deposit (due at move in): $250.00 (credit qualified) Move-ins after the 15th of the month must pay the prorated rent + the next month’s rent.   8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application and meet our qualifying criteria.
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, minus damages.
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    There is a buyout fee associated with breaking the lease.
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes, that is acceptable.
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
    No utilities are included in the lease.
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    Lease terms can vary, but 12 -13 months are most common.
  14. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, we do.
  15. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes, renters insurance is required.
  16. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    Yes, we offer corporate apartments.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Online resident portal, call or email the office.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    The first of the month.
  19. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Late fees are assessed on the 6th day of the month.
  20. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    No, we will not.
  21. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, online via the resident portal.
  22. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    No more than 7 days, otherwise they must complete an application.
  23. Do you have reserved parking?
    No, we do not.
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes. We need to have them listed in our system.
  25. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, Xfinity (Comcast).
  26. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes, we do.
  27. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No, they are not.
  28. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes, there is additional storage.
  29. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Yes, you are permitted to paint your apartment.
